Heavenly Hats has had some problems with our "Request A Hat Forms" If you do not receive your requested package in a reasonable amount of time please be sure to let us know so that we can check to be sure that your order was received.
Heavenly Hats wants to make our hat packages available to anyone who is in need due to a medical condition. Heavenly Hats ships to hospitals and patients all over the United States, however, we are not able to contact every hospital and every patient, so if you or someone close to you is in need of a hat package please contact us using the request form below and we will be sure to send a hat package out to you or your loved one.
Although we know that very few people would take advantage of a foundation who is only trying to help patients in need, we have had some issues of false requests just so that people can receive something for free. We sincerely ask that you please respect the mission of our foundation and only request "hat packages" if you or someone close to you is in need of one for medical reasons. The time that is involved in preparing the hat packages and the funds that are involved with shipping the packages is phenomenal and in order for Heavenly Hats to continue it's mission to help those in need we ask for your cooperation on this matter. Thank You!
All headwear is donated free of charge, however, due to the increase in overseas postage we will have to charge the appropriate postage for any package that is shipped outside of the United States. Please call for postage rates for any hat package that you would like shipped outside of the United States. We apolagize for this inconvenience.

**Hat packages may take up to three weeks to process due to the amount of requests that we receive on a daily basis. Our volunteers do their best to keep up with orders on a timely basis. Heavenly Hats(TM) has no paid employees so all hats are packaged by volunteers and we sometimes can get overwhelmed with orders which may delay delivery of packages slightly, please be patient and if you do not receive your "hat package" within 4 weeks please send us a note and we will be more than happy to check on the status of your order.
Shipping Outside of the United States
Please remember that in order for us to help all of the patients in need throughout the United States we do not ship hat packages outside of the United States unless we receive payment for shipping. We really hate to limit our services, however, due to limited resources we can only ship hats free of charge to patients and hospitals within the United States. Thank you for your understanding.
